Characteristics of the production line
　　 Efficient extruder: with variable wave screw special for PPR and PPB, forcible cooling helical groove feeder, high speed and low noise hard tooth flank reducer case, high output, low melting temperature and power consumption.
　　 Helical flow-dividing composite machine head: pressure guaranteed, stable flow speed, solid product, smooth surface.
　　Vacuum locating and cooling system: plate type locating set, locating precisely, quick cooling, spraying forcilbe cooling, stainless steel water flume.
　　Electrics and control: adopting imported electric and control sets, DC or frequency conversion speed regulating machine, PLC touch pad control sytem, agile control and easy handling.
marking line: with composite machine head, sharing extruding color mark.
