PVC tube production line 　　
　　The production line adopts three-layer composite extruding technology and helical groove, stable speed core extruder. It can manufacture UPVC tube, inner scre foaming tube, foaming screw tube, hollow layer inner screw tube. The tubes have the density of 0.7-1, as the traditional tube has the density of about 1.4), with the characterics of sound insulation and high capability of water drain and ventilation. The PVC inner screw forming tube is a replacer of the common tubges, which can reduce more than 5-7 db noise than core layer foaming tube, 7-15db than solid PVC tube.
Characteristics of the production line
　　It has two extruders of reversed rotary twin screws, with composite extruding machine head. It also has the fittings of helical groove and stable speed core to manufacture inner screw foaming and hollow layer winding tube. It has the following characteristics: vacuum locating, spraying cooling, smooth surface, centralization control, easy handling, and high automation.
