Large diameter HDPE/MDPE gas/water pipe production line
The production line is mainly for the larege diameter HDPE/MDPE pipes, which have the characteristics of heat resistance, high mechnical intension, environmental strss cracking resistance, and creep resistance. It will be your first choice for gas transprotation and water supply.
Characteristics:
Efficient extruder: variable wave screw special for PE tube, forcible cooling hilical groove feeder, high speed and low noise hard tooth flank reducer case, high output, low melting temperature and power consumption.
Helical flow-dividing composite machine head: pressure guaranteed, stable flow speed, solid product, smooth surface.
Vacuum locating and cooling system: plate type locating set, stainless steel water flume.
Cutting: It can cut large diameter and thick layer tubes.
